Touched Media, LLC (“Touched Media,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the New Orleans Historic Tours mobile application (the “App”) handles information when you download, access, or otherwise use it.

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information, usage analytics, or location data. We do not employ third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking technologies within the App.

Content and Purchases

The App offers two self-guided experiences—the French Quarter tour and the Garden District tour—available via optional in-app purchases processed securely through Apple’s App Store infrastructure. We do not receive access to your full payment details. Apple may provide limited, aggregated reports (such as country- or region-level sales counts) for accounting purposes; these reports do not include individual identifiers.

Your Device and Platform Services

Any progress you make within the tours (for example, which stops you have viewed) is saved locally on your device. You can remove this information at any time by deleting the App or using your device’s settings to clear app data. The App relies on platform services provided by Apple; please review Apple’s privacy documentation to understand how Apple processes data in connection with in-app purchases and crash diagnostics.

Children’s Privacy

The App is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Because we do not collect personal data, we cannot identify or contact individual users. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Apple in connection with a purchase, please contact Apple Support directly.

Security

Although the App does not transmit personal data to our servers, we safeguard the App to remain free of malware or malicious code. We recommend keeping your device operating system up to date to benefit from the latest security protections.
